ACH debit authorization

By entering your bank account details and confirming payment, you authorize Marshall GeoSciences, Inc. and its payment processor to initiate a one-time electronic debit from the account you provide, for the exact amount shown at confirmation.

Each ACH payment in this portal is a separate, one-time authorization. We do not store your bank credentials for future debits unless you explicitly save a payment method and authorize it separately.

ACH debits typically settle in three to five business days. Your invoice remains open and the payment shows as processing until settlement is confirmed.

If the debit is returned for insufficient funds or any other reason, the invoice balance is restored and you will be notified. Returned-item fees may apply as permitted by your agreement.

To revoke an authorization, contact ar@marshallgeo.com before the debit is submitted to your bank. Once a debit is in process, contact your bank directly regarding your rights under NACHA rules.
