Privacy notice
This notice explains what the client payment portal collects, why, and how long it is kept. It is provided for review and is subject to legal approval before production launch.

What we collect
Billing contact details, invoice and project references, payment amounts and status, the last four digits and brand of a payment instrument, and security metadata such as verified session timestamps. Full card numbers and full bank account numbers are never stored by the portal — they are handled by our payment processor.
Why we use it
To confirm who is paying, present the correct invoice, process payments, issue receipts, reconcile against our accounting records, and meet recordkeeping obligations.
Who we share it with
Our payment processor, our accounting system, and service providers acting on our instructions. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Financial records are retained as required by law and professional obligations. Payment evidence files uploaded for manual verification carry an explicit retention date and are never publicly accessible.
